ViewTrip - Take your itinerary with you
Access your itinerary on your computer
- Go to www.viewtrip.com

Enter the 6 character reservation number of the reservation you would like to view

Enter the last name of the passenger (see example below)

Click Sing In
Access your itinerary on your mobile phone
Mobile phones which can access the Internet, can access ViewTrip. To display your itinerary via your mobile phone, simply go to https://www.viewtrip.com, then:
- Enter the 6 character reservation number of the reservation you would like to view

Enter the last name of the passenger

Click Sing In
Copy itinerary to your electronic calendar

Download Infuzer - a piece of software that will copy dates from the ViewTrip itinerary and insert them as appointments or events into an electronic calendar.
If you are using a non-Internet Explorer browser, such as Firefox/Netscape 7.1, please check Infuzer's compatibility page or Frequently Asked Questions. -
Access your itinerary as per the instructions above

Click on 'Add To Calendar' link at the top of your itinerary page (see example)

In the new pop-up window click on the 'Add to Calendar' button

A new dialogue box will open automatically, listing the trip dates to be added to your calendar

Your calendar is updated with the trip dates plus other relevant information
