Company Reward Programme - 1,100 people
 The brief was to prepare a reward programme for a world-renowned pharmaceutical company bringing 1,100 people over to England prior to embarking on the liner Queen Elizabeth II in Southampton.
We coordinated the booking of hotels, meet and greet arrangements at 3 different London airports for guests arriving over a 3-day period. A total of 30 flights were met and at one point we had over 35 coaches on the road converging on the port of Southampton.
The Cunard Terminal at Southampton was transformed with floral and banner theming, bands, audio-visual entertainment and sumptuous catering running from breakfast through lunch to afternoon tea. The party had started with a carnival atmosphere before guests embarked on the ship with a rousing send off from the band of the Royal Marines.
