Spain - SevilleSEVILLE - Visit a Bull-breeding farm
Less than a 45 minutes drive outside Seville, visit a bull farm where more than 500 bulls can be seen in freedom. After a welcome by horsemen and ladies in typical flamenco dress, participants are invited to visit part of the 600 hectares (1,100 acres) estate on special vehicles to view the bulls on their free habitat.

Guests will then be invited to a "tienta", a selection process used to identify the best bulls, followed by a country lunch from the region.

A very well known flamenco choir from the area will provide entertainment.

BARCELONA - Wine experience at Jean Leon Cellars
Spain - BarcelonaMr. Ceferino Carrion, a Spaniard who became famous with the alias name of Jean Leon as owner (together with James Dean) of the famous restaurant La Scala in Beverly Hills, decided to embark on the wine producing adventure, near Barcelona, back in 1963.

Today, Jean Leon wines are acknowledged and respected for their high quality.

We propose a 40 minutes drive from Barcelona to the wineries to visit the estate and cellars, commented by an expert, including tasting. Participants will have a chance to produce their very own wine, taking a bottle each. Possibility for a gourmet lunch in the premises.

Spain - ValenciaVALENCIA - The Real Paella
The Albufera Lake, located about 8 kilometres South of Valencia, claims to be the real cradle of the famous "Paella", gastronomic delicacy with the rice as its main ingredient, which has become Spain's most known culinary specialty together with the Gaspacho and the Tapas. In the Albufera, the typical country houses  named "barracas", dating back from the 19th century, can be seen.

After a boat ride through the navigable canals of the lake, in one of these "barracas" participants will enjoy a local paella lunch or dinner. A truly unique Valencian experience!

MADRID - Van Gogh's late Landscapes
Spain - MadridFrom June 12th until September 16th, 2007 Madrid's Thyssen Art Museum, one of Spain's capital most acclaimed art institutions, will exhibit Vincent van Gogh's paintings from the last three months in his life, while the painter lived in Auvers, near Paris. The Auvers period was a brief but remarkably productive one and involved a radical change of direction in Van Gogh's work which unfortunately he did not have time to fully develop.

It is a great opportunity to organise a trip to Madrid to also include the world famous Prado Classic Art and the Reina Sofia's modern Art Museums.
