I wanted to say thank you to you and your team for looking after my travel over the years. I appreciate the professionalism and good humour that I always experienced, and travelling in the future will never be so easy or pleasant! I have just been talking to Sterling Travel Management who have very efficiently organised our New York flights for next month. They are also able to assist with event management, other incentives etc. and can help us in deciding on a decent location for next year’s trip.

I hope you don't mind me contacting you direct, but felt that I should bring to your attention the excellent service that I have received from Grace this week. Without Grace's perseverance, I doubt that the trip would be going ahead - she continued to liaise with the various airlines and was successful, not only in obtaining flights for my traveller, but also the airlines that offered the most direct and cost-effective solution. On top of this, she has today once again liaised with the airline on my behalf and arranged for a chauffeur drive for my traveller. All in all, excellent service, for which I am extremely grateful.
