Your use of this Web site is expressly on the condition of your acceptance of the booking conditions and fare rules which are integral and subject to the standard terms and conditions of Sterling Travel Management. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site.

Sterling Travel Management acts as an agent for travel industry suppliers under IATA No: 91298524 and ABTA No: D333X, and as a principle in it's own right Under the CAA's ATOL No: 4543. This site, and each of its modules, is the copyrighted property of Sterling Travel Management and/or it's various third party providers and distributors. None of the content or data on this site may be reproduced, sold, transferred, or modified without the express written permission of Sterling Travel Management and/or its third party providers and distributors.

USE OF SITE
You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand.

AGE AND RESPONSIBILITY
You represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You accept that you are financially responsible for all uses of this site by you and those using your login information.

PRIVACY
As a registered member of Sterling Travel Management's corporate booking facility, you are in complete control of your travel planning needs. This includes controlling the use of information you provide Sterling Travel Management. When you reserve or purchase travel services through us, we provide information about you to the airline, car rental agency, hotel, or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfilment of your travel arrangements. We also use information you provide during registration or as part of the reservation process to customise the content of our site to meet your specific needs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS
Sterling Travel Management will send you an e-mail message confirming each reservation you transact online. All transactions are subject to Sterling Travel Management standard transaction prices in addition to fares quoted. Airfares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued. Flight details are also subject to change.

Sterling Travel Management accepts no liability for such changes. However, should fares or flight details be found to differ on ticketing we will not continue without contacting you to obtain the necessary authority to proceed. The booking classes to which the airfares are quoted are indicative and cannot be guaranteed by Sterling Travel Management. Many tickets have limited flexibility with restricted refunds or are unchangeable and non-refundable. If in doubt about the rules relating to a ticket purchase, the user of this booking facility should contact our reservations office or help line as advised on our contact information. Purchase of an airline ticket does not guarantee you a seat on a specified aircraft. Airline overbooking policy occasionally results in failure of the carrier to provide a seat on a booked flight for a passenger holding a confirmed ticket. Each carrier's policy on this differs. Should you require clarification on this subject, please contact the individual carriers concerned for full details of their overbooking and compensation policy. Tickets are sold to registered accounts with Sterling Travel management within agreed credit terms or to credit card holders only. Credit card information is validated prior to the transaction being finalised. Despatch address for tickets must be the same as the billing address for the card. Any unused tickets should be returned/advised to Sterling Travel Management, Suite H, Medina Chambers, Town Quay, Southampton, Hants, SO14 2AQ, at the earliest opportunity. Unused tickets more than 60 days after travel was due to commence will have no refund value. All refunded tickets will be credited to the account or credit card, which was initially billed for the cost, less airline charges and an administration fee as advised in our standard terms and conditions. The carrying of appropriate travel documents, including valid passport and where appropriate the necessary visas and health immunisation certificates, is the responsibility of the traveller. Sterling Travel Management expressly disclaims liability for any and all costs incurred should a traveller or party be denied boarding to an aircraft, or denied entry to a country because the traveller or party is not in possession of the appropriate documentation. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY
Sterling Travel Management and third party providers and distributors do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the content or data found on this booking facility.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Sterling Travel Management or third party providers or distributors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including, but not limited to lost profits or lost savings), whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which (i) arises out of or is in any way connected with any use of this site or content found herein, (ii) any failure or delay (including, but not limited to the use of or inability to use any component of this site for reservations or ticketing), or (iii) the performance or non performance by Sterling Travel Management or third party providers or distributors, even if such party has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any other party.

INDEMNIFICATION
You shall defend and indemnify Sterling Travel Management and third party providers and distributors from and against any claim or cause of action brought by or on your behalf in excess of the liability described herein or by third parties as a result of your use of this booking facility.

RELATIONSHIP
The relationship between Sterling Travel Management and you or your company / organisation will be that of independent contractors, and neither of us nor any of our respective officers, agents or employees will be held or construed to be partners, joint ventures, fiduciaries, employees or agents of the other.

GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. You consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the United Kingdom, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of the site and this Agreement.

ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

MODIFICATION
Sterling Travel Management may at any time modify these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions contain the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in writing.
