British Airways has confirmed the Indian city of Chennai will be the latest route to benefit from its newly-acquired fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.
BA will begin flying the 787 Heathrow to Chennai from October this year and also increase from six flights a week to a daily service.
Chennai will be the eighth BA route served by the Dreamliner. The 787 already operates Newark and Toronto and on 3 March, it will start flying to Austin in Texas.
Other routes announced for the summer include Hyderabad, Chengdu, Philadelphia and Calgary.
BA is introducing 20 new aircraft into its fleet this year including four 787s and five A380 superjumbos. In total the airline has ordered 24 787s and 12 A380s.
