Cathay Pacific Heathrow Terminal 3 lounge reopens

Cathay Pacific Heathrow Lounge

Cathay Pacific has unveiled its new First and Business Class lounge at Heathrow’s Terminal 3.

The lounge, which officially opens on 7 December, features separate First and Business Class areas.

At 1,200 square metres, the new London lounge is 30 per cent larger than its predecessor. With floor-to-ceiling windows providing panoramic views of the airport’s apron and northerly runway.


A key difference between the two separate areas is the different culinary offerings, with first class passengers able to select items from the grab-and-go style The Pantry, which offers a changing selection of food items throughout the day. First passengers will also have access to The Dining Room, offering table service with made-to-order dishes prepared by the chef.


Business class passengers, meanwhile, will be able to try the airline’s signature Noodle Bar, offering authentic Chinese cuisine, and The Food Hall, which serves a variety of Western and international fare, including traditional British dishes. A full-service bar is also available to business class passengers.

However both will have access to the lounge’s bespoke “solo chairs” and its with eight shower suites. A work area dubbed “The Bureau” is also available.

The lounge will be open from 5:30am Monday to Saturday and from 7:30am Sunday until 10:30pm, and will be accessible for first and business class passengers along with Marco Polo Club members of a silver rank or above and oneworld members of Sapphire rank and higher.
